Angella Persad | Executive Chairman

Angella Persad, Executive Chairman of Office Authority Group, leverages over two decades of executive experience. Formerly with Ernst and Young and Development Finance Limited, she holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Master’s in Accounting from UWI. As a seasoned leader, Angella has held roles including President of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and currently serves as director for OA, SCL, ANSA Bank Ltd, and the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.

Rishi Baddaloo | Group Managing Director

Rishi Baddaloo, Group Managing Director at Office Authority Ltd since 2014, brings extensive executive experience. Formerly with Ernst & Young, he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity. With diverse expertise spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and more, Rishi oversees SOLIS’s executive performance. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University (2006) and a First Class Honors Bachelor of Sciences from UWI (2002). Rishi’s leadership extends to board positions at The Office Authority Ltd, Star Copy Ltd, and SOLIS.

Suresh Ramsundar | General Manager

Suresh Ramsundar, SOLIS’s General Manager since 2014, brings 17 years of experience from Pereira and Company Ltd and Massy Technologies Applied Imaging Ltd. His customer-centric leadership style prioritizes employee inspiration, collaboration, and productivity. With expertise in managing relationships with SOLIS principals like Konica, Minolta, and HP, Suresh is certified in their business equipment. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen in spearheading sales, inventory, and technical services over the past decade.

Mukesh Mahangoo | Group Director, Finance & Operations

Mukesh Mahangoo, Group Director of Finance and Operations,  brings over two decades of experience in the tissue paper industry to his role at OA, having commenced his journey with us in 2014. Prior to joining our team, he served as the esteemed Financial Controller of the Trinidad Tissues Group of Companies for 22 years. Following the acquisition of the company by Grand Bay in 2009, Mukesh was entrusted with the role of Chief Financial Officer for their Trinidad operations. He is a distinguished accountant, holding the prestigious designation of FCCA.

George Gobin | Director

George Gobin, CEO of GTG InnoVision, is a technology solutions specialist with a 41-year career dedicated to advancing the Caribbean’s digital landscape. Formerly a consultant for Digital Transformation at TekSystems Inc (USA) and Group Chief Technology and Information Officer at the SM Jaleel Group of Companies, George has played pivotal roles in various leadership positions with Microsoft Offices across the region. His profound contributions have earned him recognition, including the prestigious Caribbean Luminary Award. Actively engaged in community development, George serves on multiple boards and societies, including the Trinidad and Tobago Network Information Centre Ltd. and the Trinidad and Tobago Multistakeholder Advisory Group, driving technological innovation and regional progress.

Kristine Thompson | Director

Kristine Thompson, board member of Eric Solis Marketing since October 2023, concurrently serves on the boards of Republic Financial Holdings Ltd and Republic Bank Ltd. With a distinguished career including CEO positions at Cabot Saint Lucia Inc and Sunshine Snacks Ltd, Kristine co-founded the Chuck E. Cheese’s franchise in Trinidad and spearheaded a private equity energy fund at Guardian Holdings Group. Beginning her journey at the Boston Consulting Group, she advised Fortune 500 companies globally. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic acumen to her roles, contributing to the success and governance of prominent organizations.
